Always be sure to eat breakfast every day. If you are on the go, you may be tempted to reach for a pastry. Unfortunately, these common breakfast items are high in calories and low in nutrition. By eating some fruit and oatmeal in the early morning when you’re at home, there will be no excuse to get a breakfast pastry high in calories.

To lose weight, do not eat just before bedtime. Any foods you eat late aren’t being burned by your body. It changes into fat instead and is stored away as you sleep. Make sure you eat at least several hours before bed.
