Surely everyone loves french fries! French fries are bad for those trying to lose weight. That said, if you absolutely must have french fries, have baked fries instead of those that are fried. Slice potatoes into half an inch sticks; mix them with a tablespoon of oil, add some salt and pepper and cook them for half an hour at 400 degrees. Use a spatula to flip them over and leave it in the oven for 10 more minutes. These fries taste great and have less fat because they aren’t fried. Enjoy them with some ketchup! Always be sure to eat breakfast every day. If you are on the go, you may be tempted to reach for a pastry. Unfortunately, these common breakfast items are high in calories and low in nutrition. By eating some fruit and oatmeal in the early morning when you’re at home, there will be no excuse to get a breakfast pastry high in calories.
To lose weight, do not eat just before bedtime. Any foods you eat late aren’t being burned by your body. It changes into fat instead and is stored away as you sleep. Make sure you eat at least several hours before bed.
